We have done our best to create a quality product and we have hundreds of satisfied customers. Under most circumstances, we will respond within 24 hours. We do not
currently provide telephone support.
Please follow these guidelines first before contacting us:
If you still have a problem...
- Try to isolate the problem and reproduce the steps it took for it to occur. In order to resolve the issue, we must know how it originated. If an error message was displayed, please send us a screen shot of it (the best way is to use the Print Screen key with the help of any image editor).
- If it is necessary to contact us, send a problem report from inside the EurekaWare application. This will help us diagnose your issue. Send a problem report by clicking EurekaWare menu > EurekaWare Help > Report A Problem. Include the exact wording on any error message.
