The "To Sell" form helps a real estate agent track key information regarding what type of property your Contact wishes to sell. This is important data to get the full value from your real estate marketing software. Only one property can be tracked per contact record. If your contact owns more than one property, create additional Contacts to record details about these other properties.
Below is a description of the fields on To Sell form.
To customize the values of some fields on the To Sell form, go Changing Drop Down Field Values in the manual.
The Header of the To Sell real estate marketing form has these fields:

*Fields marked with an asterisk filter results when a Web Link button is pressed. For example, the Min and Max Prices determine the search results returned from Realtor.com when the View Listings button is pressed.

There are four Web Links from the To Sell form:

| View Listing | Sends the MLS # to Realtor.com to display the listing for the property. |
| View Comps | Sends the Street Address, City, State and Zip as parameters to the Yahoo Real Estate "Comparable Home Sales" Results page. Here you can view such valuable information as Proximity, Sales Price, Sales Date, Bedrooms, Square Feet, Year Built, and # of Bedrooms. |
| Credit Report | Opens up CreditReport.com so that you can purchase a credit report if desired. |

The Home Details tab helps you track room sizes, fees, and directions.

| Room Sizes | EurekaWare provides six fields for you to describe the dimensions of the rooms on this property. Notice that the field labels are raised. By clicking in this area you can change the description of the provided room. |
| HOA Fees | Currency field for describing any monthly or annual fees associated with a Home Owners Association |
| HOA Period | Text field for describing the time period for the Home Owners Association Fees. |
| HOA Includes | Text field for describing what is covered by the Home Owners Association fees. Such items as insurance, common driveway repairs, common buildings, and pools, are sometimes part of a HOA. |
| Square Footage By Floor | Numeric fields for describing the number of square feet by floor on the property. The Total Square Feet field sums up the values from the Basement, Main, Second, and Upper fields. |
| Taxes / Utilities | Currency fields for describing the utilities, property tax, sewer, water, heat/air, fees per month on average. |
| Directions | A text field for describing how to get to this property. |
The Marketing tab lets you enter key information that appears on the provided Marketing Templates. You can use Marketing Templates for such things as Postcards of your new listed properties, or flyers on your listings. See this page for assistance creating a marketing template.

| Bullets 1 - 10 | List the key features of the property that you wish to highlight on marketing materials. |
The Features tab lets you easily mark key features that the property contains. Use the information so that you can quickly recall the important selling points about this property.

| Legal Desc | The legal description of the property from a deed. |
| Included | List all extraordinary items that are to be included in the sale of this property. |
| Excluded | List all extraordinary items that are not to be included in the sale of this property. |
| Property Features | Mark a check next to those features of the property, lot, or community that apply to this property. |
The Photos tab lets link up to six pictures of the property to your Outlook record. Its a useful way to remember exactly how this property looks. These pictures can also be automatically included in your postcards and flyers you create using the Marketing Templates feature of EurekaWare. See this page for assistance creating a marketing template.

To add a photo, click the folder icon to the right of each file path field. Use standard windows methods to browse to the file on your computer. Click Open to link the file to the Outlook Contact record.
To remove a photo, simply press the red "X" button. The file path will be removed, but the picture will remain. Select File > Save from your Outlook menu to close the Contact form. Re-open the form. The photo has been removed.
