Create Marketing Flyers with Contact Records
To create a real estate marketing brochure, flyer or other marketing collateral from within a contact record, follow these steps:
- Open a contact record containing the property information you want on your flyer.
- Select the "To Sell" tab.
- Click the Marketing Templates button at the bottom right of the To Sell form.
- Select one of the provided marketing templates that appears in the Choose Templates window and press Open.
- If the templates are not immediately visible, you can find them in this directory: "C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates\EurekaWare" Note: This folder may be hidden. To make it visible, open Windows Explorer, select the Tools > Folder Options menu option. Then click on the View tab. In the Advanced Settings window, change the option to Show hidden files and folders.
- Microsoft Word opens with the template. The template will process for a few moments while it fills in data from your selected real estate contact record.
