Open any contact item that has been converted to the Eurekaware form. Click ActionPlans tab.

Select the ActionPlan and specify the start date you wish the campaign to start and click add. Eurekaware will create ActionPlan tasks associated to this contact for each ActionPlan Template in this campaign. The due date for each of these ActionPlan Tasks will be the the start date specified and the days out listed on the associated ActionPlan Template. If there is a Document Template associated with the ActionPlan Template, then EurekaWare will create a new document using that document template, merge any contact fields and create a short cut to the new document in the Notes section of the Contact record.
To remove all ActionPlan tasks linked to an ActionPlan, simply select the ActionPlan from the ActionPlan dropdown in the the Remove ActionPlan Section and then click delete.
Click the Activities field and you will see the new ActionPlan Tasks that were created. Notice, EurekaWare icon (Phone and Letter) for these ActionPlan Tasks.
