Web to Contact Setup

Check each box that you want included in the Web Import form then click submit and the HTML for the Web import page will be generated. go here to see a more information on setting up Web to Contact.

Registered User	Enter the email address you used when you registered for this product.
Name	Enter the email address the lead will be sent to. (1 per registered user)
Return Page	Enter the page the user is redirected to after they enter the lead information. This should be a thank you page on your site.
